Lashawna Rose Stewart is a DJ and A&R manager at Columbia Records. She started her journey writing blogs about local upcoming artist, which then led her to manager the Mixtape Madness blog. She then went on to present and DJ at Reprezent Radio for 7 years, leading to opportunities presenting for BBC 1XTRA and KISS Fresh. Whilst also starting her own music platform Ultrabeam. Currently in her A&R role she recently finished working on Ruger’s album Ru The World. She’s Dj’d in multiple event spaces, as a resident DJ at Flippers roller skating rink & official DJ for Jay Electronica, she had toured Europe and played at Prima Vera festival in Barcelona, Pliskeen festival in Athens and Black Girls Rock in Washington DC.
